Bioaxone's Scientific Platform Allows For Continued Development
Since its inception, Bioaxone has been focused on the use of Rho GTPase signalling. This pathway contains a broad array of proteins, making it ideal for research. We have developed a C3 exoenzyme-based Rho inhibitor by re-engineering the C3 exoenzyme, changing its size and adding a transport motif. Early patenting of these medical discoveries has given us the freedom to conduct clinical trials.
